Guarantee and Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and is 100% Guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise for any reason, simply return the product within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling costs).
To return an item, we request that you first contact us at hello@aerobroom.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.
Aerobroom Limited Extended Warranty
Who is covered by this warranty:
This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser of Aerobroom via aerobroom.com only and is non-transferrable.
What is covered and for how long:
Aerobroom warrants that all new products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment.
What is not covered:
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. The warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product. Finally, the warranty does not apply to products that do not have a sufficient proof of purchase, items that have expired the warranty period, or lost or stolen products.
What we will do:
We will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the paid product price for any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a comparable product, an improved product or refund your purchase price (minus S&H) at our option. If you return a defective product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit.
What we will not do:
We will not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.
What to do to obtain warranty service:
To obtain warranty service for Aerobroom you must follow the following procedures:
- Contact Aerobroom product support to confirm warranty eligibility and obtain specific return and shipping instructions.
- Customer Support e-mail: hello@aerobroom.com
- For your convenience, when contacting customer service please include your order information.
- Return Aerobroom with proof of purchase. You may be asked to complete a warranty service request form and submit with your Aerobroom.
- Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided.
- Place any necessary return authorization number prominently on the outside of the return packaging, Return packaging not bearing a return authorization number may be refused.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded the paid product price.
Exclusions and limitations:
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH AEROBROOM AND STATE OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES RELATING TO THEM. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AEROBROOM IS PROVIDED WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
Other legal rights:
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Other than as permitted by law, we do not limit, exclude or suspend other rights you may have. For a full understanding of your rights you should consult the laws of your state.
